I know that working out seems like the worst thing in the world. You come up with every excuse in the book not to do it. I know because I did the same thing.
What helped me get out of the excuse bin and jump into working out in the morning is that I didn't leave a chance for excuses. My shoes were out and ready, my clothes were laid out to be worn. There were no reason to get in a workout.
Once I got into my routine, my body appreciated it. I stopped having the pain in my knee and back.
I mix it up with yoga, weights, cardio, and core work. I don't do the same thing every day. Different exercises every day so it stays fun. I have more energy during the day and I feel healthier and less stressed.
